Disney World Questions

We monitor sales that Disney releases. Between deposit and final payment, when sale is released by Disney, we check your reservation to see if it applies to your plans. If it does, we notify you that your vacation price just went down! If for some reason, your trip doesn’t qualify, we can discuss the option of making adjustments so you can take advantage of the sale! You can rest assured that we are looking for discounts, so you don’t have to!

Read below for specifics about how to find Disney’s Magical Express at Orlando International Airport and how your luggage will be transported to your Resort hotel.

Domestic Arrivals – Take the Orlando International Airport People Movers train system from your arrival gate to the main terminal, disembarking on Level 3. Between 5:00 AM and 10:00 PM, head directly to Disney’s Magical Express, located in the Ground Transportation Area in Terminal B, Level 1. Disney will claim your checked luggage on your behalf and deliver it directly to your Resort hotel room via our delivery service. If you arrive between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM, you will need to claim your luggage on Level 2 before proceeding to Disney’s Magical Express.

Guests arriving in Terminal A of the airport are advised to cross to Terminal B before continuing to Level 1. Upon arrival at Disney’s Magical Express, please let us know if you will need assistance boarding the motorcoach.

International Arrivals – Upon exiting your aircraft, enter the U.S. Immigration checkpoint. After retrieving your luggage, proceed to the Customs checkpoint.

When exiting the Customs area, you may keep your checked bags with you to travel on the Level 2 and bring it with you to the Disney’s Magical Express service counter. Your luggage will travel with you on the motorcoach to your Disney Resort hotel. Luggage assistance will be available upon arrival at the hotel, motorcoach, or use our complimentary luggage delivery service—available for flights landing between 5:00 AM and 10:00 PM. To take advantage of this complimentary service, simply return your checked luggage to the transfer carousel—making sure your Disney’s Magical Express luggage tags are attached—after completing the immigration and customs process. Disney will claim your baggage and deliver it to your Resort hotel.

Take the People Movers train to the main terminal building where you will arrive on Level 3. Disney’s Magical Express is located in Terminal B, Level 1. Guests arriving in Terminal A of the airport are advised to cross to Terminal B before proceeding down to Level 1. Upon arrival, please let us know if you will need assistance boarding the motorcoach.

Luggage Delivery Between 5:00 AM and 10:00 PM – Disney’s Magical Express includes complimentary luggage delivery from Orlando International Airport to your Disney Resort hotel room between 5:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

While you ride to your Resort hotel in comfort on the Disney Magical Express motorcoach, your luggage will be transported separately and delivered directly to your room.

Bypass the baggage claim area in the main terminal and proceed directly to Disney’s Magical Express located in Terminal B, Level 1. If you did not place Disney’s Magical Express luggage tags on your checked items, be prepared to provide your airline baggage claim numbers so Disney can collect your luggage for delivery to your Resort hotel.

Please remember: your luggage will travel separately to your Disney Resort hotel and may arrive up to 3 hours after you. See the above Pre-Arrival section for suggestions on essentials to pack in a carry-on.

Luggage Transport Between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM – Our Disney’s Magical Express luggage delivery service is not in operation from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM. If you arrive between these hours, please collect your luggage at the baggage claim area on Level 2 and bring it with you to the Disney’s Magical Express service counter. Your luggage will travel with you on the motorcoach to your Disney Resort hotel. Luggage assistance will be available upon arrival at the hotel.

Memory Maker is an incredible way to enjoy unlimited digital Disney PhotoPass photos captured at hundreds of locations throughout the Walt Disney World Resort—including select attractions and dining locations. The photos are conveniently connected to your online Disney account with a touch of your MagicBand or card. You can easily view, download, and share your Disney PhotoPass memories on the My Disney Experience Mobile App. There’s no need to purchase each photo individually. You can simply enjoy your vacation knowing that your memories are being captured for you. Learn more about Memory Maker.

If you would like us to, absolutely! If you are staying at a Disney resort you are eligible for FastPass reservations 60 days before you check in. If you are staying off property you are eligible for FastPass reservations 30 days before you check in. They can be booked beginning at 7:00 am that morning using the My Disney Experience app or website or of course we would be happy to do them for you! You may choose 3 passes per day in one park.

Please reach out to us soon so that we can start planning your fast pass schedule. We’ll just need your My Disney Experience login username and password to do them for you.

Alternatively, you are also welcome to book these yourself! Sometimes being able to have full control over the specific times is helpful. Especially if your first choice isn’t available, and you need to readjust you plans for that day. You can make a quick decision on the spot. If that is the case, please just let us know in advance if you will be reserving them yourself. We will still look over your plans to be sure that everything works well together. We are always happy to help you in whatever way we can!

After you have checked in at your 3rd fast pass, you can immediately go into your MDE and reserve another available fast pass. You can keep doing this for the rest of the day, one fast pass at a time for each member of your party.

If you would like us to, absolutely! Dining reservations open at 6am via the MDE app or Disney website, 180 days in advance. Disney’s phone reservation system opens at 7am. Please reach out to your agent about 2 weeks before your dining window opens so that we can start planning out which days you want to visit which parks and create an itinerary that will be customized for your family. You can let us know what your family likes and dislikes as well as any dietary restrictions or special needs.
We will create a list of the restaurants you want on which days. We can make those reservations for you, or of course if you would rather do it yourself you certainly can.
We will just need your My Disney Experience login username and password to do them for you. You will also need to add a credit card to your profile in your My Disney Experience account. Disney will not charge you for the reservations, they use the card to secure the dining reservations. However, that card will be used if the cancellation policy is not met. Please check the cancellation policy for each reservation. If the dining reservation needs to be cancelled, but isn’t done at least one day in advance (at most dining locations), a $10 per person charge will be made to the card. Reservations can be cancelled at most locations up until 11:59 p.m. the day before the reservation to avoid the charge. To cancel dining reservations, you can call (407) WDW-CNCL, stop by any table service restaurant front desk, call (407) WDW-DINE, or simply use your My Disney Experience app.

While we will make every effort to secure your plans as if planning our own vacation, unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that your desired times and locations will be available. It’s best to provide 2nd choices to your agent.

There are 3 Disney Dining Plans. They are available for guests 3 and older. They include the following for each guest, per night of your stay at a Disney World resort.

  • Disney’s Quick Service Dining Plan – 2 quick service meals and 2 snacks per person, plus a resort refillable mug for each guest
  • Disney’s Dining Plan (most popular) – 1 table service meal, 1 quick meal, and 2 snacks per person, plus a resort refillable mug for each guest
  • Disney’s Deluxe Dining Plan – 3 table service or quick meals, and 2 snacks per person, plus a resort refillable mug for each guest

Each table service meal includes one entree, one dessert, and beverage. Each quick service meal includes an entree and beverage. Alcoholic beverages are included for guests 21+, where offered.

A park ticket with the Park Hopper option gives guests the ability to visit more than one theme park during the same day. You can “hop” from one park to another. Guests with regular tickets can leave and revisit the same park in the same day, but cannot go to a different park that same day.

Yes, you can! There are several grocery delivery services that we recommend: Garden Grocer, Dizzy Dolphin Delivery, and Amazon Prime Now. Disney resorts will keep refrigerated items cold until you can pick them up. There is an additional delivery fee if bell services brings them directly to your room.

Disney Cruise Questions

Honestly, book as far in advance as you can. Typically, cruise prices increase as sailing dates get closer. Occasionally Disney will offer specials for guaranteed staterooms – where you won’t be able to choose a specific stateroom, but you get a lower price for a particular category. Your stateroom will be assigned weeks before or up until you check in at the pier.

The other way to get the best price is to go on a Disney cruise and book while on board! If you are unsure of where and when you would want to cruise again, book a placeholder while you are on board and let your agent know when you are home.

A placeholder is exactly what it sounds like – it holds your place for a future cruise, even if you are unsure of when and where you want to cruise. For a small deposit, Disney Cruise Line lets you save a special discount and on board credit to apply to a future cruise. The deposit is fully refundable if you decide you don’t want to use it. It’s valid for 2 years and will be refunded automatically if you forget about it! If you book a placeholder, be sure to let your agent know when you come home.

Unless there is a special promotion, gratuities are not included in your cruise fare. It’s customary for passengers to tip their waiters, assistant waiters, stateroom attendants, etc. Most cruise lines will place your gratuities onto your on board account automatically. The set amount varies from cruise line to cruise line. It’s up to you if you want to tip above and beyond that. Crew members rely on tips as their main source of income, so when someone does something to make your cruise a better experience, it’s a kind gesture to offer an additional tip. Envelopes will be available at guest services and traditionally are given out to crew members on the last evening of your cruise.
